Overall, I enjoy this community so far! Nice neighbors and a great location. As a dog owner, there is not a lot of grass around, but that is a part of city living. There is a nice sized dog park down the street.

I’ve been here since December 23,2024.

And I love it! I feel like I’ve finally Arrived!

I love to hear it ARRIVE South Loop If I have anything that needs to be fixed, they fix it right away. They always have events every month For the resident to participateso far so good And staff is very friendly

Good so far. Nice location. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Staff is nice. Neighbors are friendly.
I wish we had a few more amenities but they make up for it with 2-3 monthly events with free activities/food/drinks
