If you work in and around the medical district Scio is the place to say. With an ease of commute to and from work, and amenities that help with unwinding like the gym and the patio to the amenities that make it easy to work from home like to cubes and the salon. Everything you'll need is at your finger tips.

Anonymous resident: I remember years ago when I needed to move to Chicago for my job and was searching for rentals near my workplace. I finally scheduled a virtual tour with Scio, and it was love at first sight with my unit during a video call! I read the reviews online and was hoping that I wouldn't encounter any problems and would have a good stay here. So far, I have a very positive sense of my experience at Scio thanks to my renovated and attractive unit, beautiful lobby and amenities, nice... pool area and back garden/walkway, access to the pool and gym, responsive guard, management and maintenance, and friendly neighbors, the majority of whom are medical or engineering trainees from the nearby university and hospital.
