My review has gone down since the last time. I would have given it 3&1/2 if I could.
Before I share what’s not working, I want to say that the staff who care, really do! The ladies who clean the building are kind & thoughtful & a few of the door people are, too.
Having said that, the quality & attention to maintenance has gone down. There’s an issue with our toilet that never gets resolved. I’ve spoken with other tenants & they’re experiencing the same thing. The back door to the dog run... has been broken for weeks, the view out on the pool looks like a small swamp. The new manager who took over doesn’t seem like she likes people. There’s, over all, a more antagonistic feel. We’re paying luxury prices in Uprown which I think is why the building is half empty. The experience is not luxurious enough to justify the price. The cabinets are Ikea, the toilets don’t work like they’re supposed to & the management seems unhappy.
It was great building when we moved in. Not as much anymore.
