Adequate place with okay amenities. Great proximity to lakefront, beaches and downtown. Could be better organized and common areas could stem to be a little cleaner.

The building is well-maintained, and the staff is wonderful. However, the laundry room is difficult to deal with. At times, there are too many machines that need servicing.
