The hot water is not hot. You're lucky to have a hot shower. Maintenance says they increase the boiler temperature, but it helps for the day or two, and then water is cold again.

Nice place , good location , comfortable apartment, great view from the balcony, love it so much, kids enjoy gym and pool, also pet friendly, my dogs are exited to be here

The elevators are broken way too often. One elevator hasn't been working for couple of month. Other two were down twice this summer. No elevators for a 30-floor building is terrible.
