Very friendly staff and doormen, nice neighbors, great amenities, and my favorite place to live! My only complaint is that there are sometimes issues with the water pipes.

Lovely plave to live! Wonderful views. Maintenance and staff are great. We walk everywhere. Lots of convenient stores, restaurants. Evanston is a good, safe place to live.
