It’s a very nice apartment and has good location close to the train station. Fort Sheridan park is also nearby, it’s beautiful in summer. The maintenance service is always quick. We enjoyed living here so far.

The neighbors and the staff are great in general, but there are not enough community activities. I would like to join more and get to know people.

It's been quite nice here. Any issues with neighbors seem to get fairly handled so we can enjoy the quiet when we're home. Arrive North Shore practices good management and does some free breakfasts, text/email notifications, and keeps a free coffee machine / dog treats out by parcel pending.
Parking lot is good in winter and they will tow if non-residents park there w/o tags so residents don't lose their spots. I've seen big dogs here so they also allow at least medium sized breeds (I have... cats/ e.g. German shepherd, labs). It is expensive.
