Verified Renter

When we initially moved in, the painters painted over the coax outlets and stappled through them.
Submitted a maintenance request but no one showed up. Called the next day to schedule an early appointment but no one showed up until a couple hours later. Technicians were unable to fix the problem.

Laundry is extremely expensive, only one washer and dryer per unit floor. Not to mention the washer and dryer are very small.

Apartments have bad air circulation with limited natural lighting.

Love my new apartment. Great community, close to the train, and the apartment itself was in great shape. The mail room system is super nice and love how easy it is to pick up packages.

Rent is high but property is nice. There are some good amenities. The front office can be very hard to reach over the phone, but fairly accessible in person.
