Verified Renter

It's a place to live. Maintenance and maintenance staff are quick to respond and fix problems. It has an elevator in each building. The location is generally convenient.

It's expensive for what you get (I've lived in 3bdrms with in unit laundry cheaper than my 1bdrm here). Everything has an extra cost (mail box lockers, pets, etc).

West facing units are right next to the metra tracks, so it's not a quiet experience if you like having your windows open.

Parking is atrocious. If you get home... later than 6p, good luck parking anywhere near the building you live in. I'm not sure they even check for stickers... Most of the cars in spots are unstickered but parked in resident parking anyway.
