How Is This Rating Determined?

Luxury Rent without Luxury Amenities.

First, there's a monthly fee for parking, so the info on this site is incorrect. Second, this building doesn't even offer BASIC amenities, much less luxury amenities, e.g. you have to provide your own shower curtain rod and there are no ceiling fans. There are no exhaust fans in any of the bathrooms. And there's only one small elevator for the entire building, so even the smallest sofa from IKEA gets stuck, leading the elevator tied up for hours when someone moves in or out.
New for 2023--the... building office is no longer staffed, so good luck if you have a problem, and the maintenance and cleaning people are gone--and it shows.
