Good apartment, attentive management
Nice quiet apartment, good neighbors. The management is very attentive and communicative with the tenants.

Small But Nice
I have lived in this apartment complex going on my 3rd year here and this apartment is in a surprisingly quiet area even though it is right off of 2 busy streets (Alpine and East State). If maintenance is ever needed, service calls are answered quickly. Neighbors are nice. It's a nice area to live.

As a tenant
For the most part any challenges I faced with the apartment were taken care of immediately by the property manager. Also conviently next to State street, which means you're right next to many restaurants and shops. The one major concern was that in my first year I noticed random strangers would knock on my door but in my 2nd year I did not noticed that.

Good apartment, quiet neighborhood
Very nice apartment, like the hardwood floors and in unit washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors as well.

Awesome Place
I've lived here for a year and love it. Maintenance and staff are super friendly and good at communicating. If you have an issue, they are on it! There are occasional police sirens since Alpine and State Street are right there, but it's not bad. Definitely would recommend to a friend!
