The doors are broken and need to be fixed. People are very loud. The elevators smell. The community is nice and amenities too. However, the amenities are exotic rent.

I moved in last month. Overall is good so far, the staff is helpful and community is friendly and quiet than I expected. But sometimes there are neighbors running in the hallway and yelling outside in the midnight

This apartment is very livable. Here are a few recommendations.
First of all, it is quiet. You will sleep well. Secondly, the transportation is very convenient. The highway is close by and the train station is within walking distance. Then there are restaurants to eat just around the corner. There is a Starbucks right in front of me and a Burger King. Also, a steakhouse just opened on the ground floor of the apartment.
