The Monroe Apartments

Moved in and found moldy turkey under my sink… kid you not. Both our bathroom doors are coming off of the panels, our kitchen counter wobbles so much we can’t eat on it, they spray painted our doors shut so you have to body slam them to shut, tons of other stuff I won’t even get in to. But don’t let the fake reviews bait you. They try and get people who go on tours to review the tour to bring their average up. It’s not actually reviewed that high amongst people who live here.

A great option for students with enough space and with a good price. Plus a community pool and gym is provided with only a fews minutes to walk to.

This place has great value for what you’re paying! They have many amenities and a great staff. They fix your problems and are constantly upgrading the units yearly!

The Monroe is a good option for students. It is affordable, you have access to bus routes including one that goes to campus, and it is not a far drive from campus. It is also very close to restaurants and target and Kroger. They just recently installed new appliances in the kitchen and have just built a new gym, as well as are remodeling the club house. It’s a convenient location with bus routes, the mall, grocery stores, and more that are just a walk away. Maintenance and the office have good communication and the renovations are nice. The 2 bedroom has good space and it’s a quiet neighborhood as well.
