Unprofessional
Maintenance crew for sure are the most unprofessional people you’ll meet. The staff that work at the office have no clue what to do other than give you the managers or owners email, which 9/10 times doesn’t go anyway. Highly regret releasing, and please seek other places for a better experience in living. It’s been a nightmare trying to get anything fix. Random fees and if you want anything done as far as pets good luck, because it’s more fees.

First, we want to assure you that we do not add any random fees. All fees—including those related to pets,... damages, and other responsibilities—are clearly outlined in your lease agreement. The lease also explains that residents are responsible for any damages to their unit beyond normal wear and tear.
We understand that it can be frustrating to feel like your concerns aren’t being addressed right away. We often ask for communication to be sent via email because we serve a community of 796 residents with a relatively small office team. Having requests in writing ensures that we can track, prioritize, and follow up properly—without anything getting missed.
