staff is friendly. my apartment doesn’t seem to have many issues. if i have any issues, they come out right away. i don’t really hear my neighbors which is nice.

None of the issues with my apartment were fixed prior to moving in (dishwasher does not work, tub does not drain so you're standing in ankle-deep water after 5 minutes, etc). Have barely lived here a week and already sick of the CONSTANT emails pushing for a review.
One good thing: the walls are not paper-thin. I never hear my neighbors nor their kids/pets.

Keeneland Crest Apartments is a lovely community, and day community because that’s what it is. The people hear are friendly and helpful. It makes it a joy to live here. Not to mention the location is fabulous. Close to so much dining and shopping.
15 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Greenwood Park Mall and Easy interstate access. It’s a great place to live.
