Scandia Apartments

The shared washer and dryers were taken away and then rent was raised. I was promised a W/D but never got one.
Every time I use the oven or stove the CO2 detector goes off and I told maintenance but said nothing can be done.
My power and water have randomly been shut off multiple times living here and then 3-8hrs later it’s back.
Windows are poorly insulated so electric bill is high. One window leaks when it rains. Again I’ve told maintenance about this but it’s too big of an issue to fix so... now the ledge is swishy wood.
During summer there are a few weeks where there is no dumpster so the trash blows all over the place; into the main street and the apartment complex.

I am so happy to be apart of the Scandia family. my best friend lives here. The only thing that makes me dislike this apartment is that we were given a bed bug infested apartment which now means we have to get new clothes and beds.

Still a liitle slow at ensuring trash around the property is cleaned up. Like the location. Neighbors have been friendly, Office staff is helpful and friendly.

It’s been great living here, super quiet! I like the amenities and the views, it’s very convenient to be near everything, I would recommend moving here!

Overall positive experience, no complaints regarding the leasing office or maintenance. Pretty quiet and close to everything. People need to pick up dog poop though.
