The apartment complex is super nice and safe. I love all the staff in the leasing office, always super friendly and willing to help! The gym is super nice and gives me a lot to do. I also love being able to have my bike inside at the designated bike racks. Definitely recommend living here!

I've been trying to resolve an issue with the leasing office for over a month and nothing has been done about it. I was promised a resolution for over a month, but now I'm told that I have to deal with it for another month.

There is not enough parking for all of the residents, forcing them to park across 10th street along a dark road where my and my roommates catalytic converters were stolen, and where we were given a parking citation for blocking the road despite parking in an way that did not so, and was not complained about for nearly 9 months suggesting the complaint was made by someone who rarely uses that road. In addition to forcing a number of residents to park along a mostly unlit road while a majority of... parking spaces in the actual lot remain empty for long periods of time, there is also no reinforcement of noise restrictions. My roommate and I have complained no less than 4 times about the unit above us and still nothing has been done.
