noisy and disgusting

been living here for 1 year and i can say that i’ve seen and heard enough. mold problems, roaches, fights, unnecessarily loud neighbors, drug deals in broad daylight, unsupervised little ones walking in the street, cops are always here.. the list goes on and on. they advertise the amenities on their multiple listings, but i’ve yet to see the pool be opened, or the gates they supposedly have. no calls to the office are ever answered, no complaints are ever solved, and maintenance forgets to fix... things in your apartment after they say “i’ll be back to fix this, i just need the parts.” and not to mention that the apartments in the back are more expensive rent than the ones in the front, which wasn’t mentioned to me! i wonder why. “luxury apartments” if this is luxurious to you, you need to raise your standards. this place is absolutely disgusting.

Roaches, mold, trash, violence, crime

Stay far far away from this horrible place. Roaches coming from the vents, mold growing, trash all over the place, police every day due to the violence and drugs. Don’t bother putting in a maintenance request because it will take 6 months and they still won’t come address it. Oh and you can’t call the office because they never answer and if they do they are rude because you interrupted them stuffing their faces with pizza. For the price you’d think they are nice apartments but don’t let that... fool you. Take a drive around and see for yourself. Literal trash all over. Not a good place for any decent person.

Stay away

Follow the other advice and don’t come here.
Shoddy patchwork in the parking lot, noise is awful, violence outside your own front door. It’s not the neighborhood they present themselves to be.

Don't move here

it's not excellent. When we first got here we thought it was nice. Until the 2nd month. People fighting in the parking lot, drugs, cars vandalized and stolen, not enough maintenance, can't keep office staff (been here almosta year and have seen at least 9 different "managers" & the good one are gone), complaints are ignored or brushed off. They're nice when you're doing the paperwork and when paying, but don't care otherwise. The pool is nice except they don't enforce the rules about unattended... children. Parking lot is full of hole that are never patched right. Police in the complex most night for noise complaints, fights, vandalism or car theft, domestic disputes. No parking for tenants near their units because they don't enforce their own parking rules. Cameras only around the office despite problems. Dog poop because they don't enforce those rules either.

Canterbury Apartments

I have lived in my apartment for 3 years now. Live by the pool and playground, the noise is not bad but could be better controlled. Street is quiet. Has a great picnic area. Also has a dog area that has a lot of room for a dog to run. The staff at Canterbury is very nice. Thanks ladies for all that you do.
