Idk about those good reviews

Management is dishonest, it’s unsafe, and riddled with ridiculous guidelines that adversely impact residents. The corporate entity that owns and manages this apartment has horrible reviews. For good reason. I had many situations happen to me here. Times I’ve called the office then corporate for help. Both are dismissive, defensive, and pure refusal to help. They will do the same to you

My main objective of this review is to help YOU. It’s not okay for big money corporate entities to praise the...
almighty dollar and put down their residents. This review is not out of anger or frustration. It’s a fact of my experience to help warn off people that may be considering living here. Here is one of many examples

We first moved into our apartment, our laundry room had an overwhelmingly dense cigarette stank. (We later figured out our dryer vent was right outside an avid smokers balcony. Every time she would smoke, it would make our apartment smell disgusting.) We contacted the office and informed them and the manager was very dismissive. We explained that we have a 1 year old, and a pregnant wife living in this apartment. She then claimed she went into the apartment and could not smell anything and got very defensive and hostile. We asked to be transferred to another apartment; they lied and said there was nothing available, even though their website said differently. We had my wife’s mother call in from Cali and pretend to be interested. They offered her the apartment we were told was “not available” and said it was absolutely available. We then immediately called back and informed them we had just caught them in a lie, and they still refused to admit they lied. We told them who she spoke to and they said she isn’t working today. When we went into the office, we saw she was in fact working. They then continued to lie and say “it JUST updated” lies. This is not the management you want dictating rules and regulations directly affecting you and your loved ones day to day life. They will do the same to you if they did it to me.

Not Great

I give it 2 stars, as the property is nice and a decent location. Staff is friendly, maintenance is good. BUT the apartments WILL keep you busy. Lots of interruptions inside your place, fire alarm testing that'll jar the hell out of you, sometimes without warning. And this is THE noisiest apartment I've lived in, both from unruly neighbors and from constant, often EARLY grounds work outside. Some of this is standard apartment stuff, unfortunately, but it may be best for corporate to review... invasive policies.

Millstone of Noblesville has no rules and regulations on parking

I don’t live in these apartments but I visited my friend that recently moved here and wow what a terrible experience. Well first I would have to agree terrible idea of putting garages underneath other people’s bedrooms. My friend’s unit comes with an attached garage. One morning she got up early at 6 am as always to go to work and surprise a car had parked in front of her garage blocking her way out. She had talked before to other neighbors that had the same problem but she didn’t think much... about it at that time well now when it happened to her she was not happy at all. She tried to call the office but they don’t open till late and when she tried to have that car towed due to blocking her paying garage she realized that Millstone has no rules and regulations on parking, there are no signs stating that parking is not allowed in front of garages.
She had to call me that don’t live too far from her place to go and pick her up so she wouldn’t loose her job for being late. For how much she pays in rent, you would think that something like parking and paid garages would be convenient and strongly regulated by management. The apartment that I currently live at and many other apartments that I lived before have signage posted stating that we tow without notice in front of paid garages and sure enough after a few cars were towed off, the word got around so everyone respected all the rules and regulations. Many apartment complexes have strict regulations about parking. Controlling parking is an issue that must be addressed by apartment management, as leaving it uncontrolled will only lead to a mess. Actually the residents should always be able to count on management "do nothing" should never be on the list. Rules should be enforced 100% of the time, that is the only way to make everyone happy. Any resident in an unassigned spot should be towed, Period. Most apartment complex's now contract a tow truck services that would tow unauthorized vehicles at the expense of the car owner. These tow truck companies would normally post the proper no parking signs around the complex. These tow trucks would comb the parking area towing any unauthorized vehicle improperly parked. The best way is for management to be aggressive and tow ALL cars that are in violation. They should not worry about making tenants happy just fairly administer the regulations.
