Rip Off

I deeply regret moving here. When I came and spoke to the manager I was told that I would pay the $650 deposit, be able to move in the middle of May and then only have to pay $150 for the month of June, not having to pay the $650 for rent until July. Then I got a notice on my door that the rent was late. I was certain that it was a mistake but apparently not. The manager claimed that the $150 was for May. I never got a receipt unfortunately so I can't prove that I was lied to. Do not move here.... The potholes and parking lot is horrible. There were roaches in the apartment before I moved anything inside. I had to bomb and spray my apartment down multiple times. People are so dishonest and money hungry. These apartments are trash.

The worst place ever to live

They switched managers like underwear. Everytime you turn around, there's a new manager. The old manager never let the new one know what's going on with the tenants accounts and maintenance issues. The buildings were infested with roaches. People cars were being vandalized and there are supposed to be cameras but you can't see nothing on them. They wanna charge you for normal wear and tear on carpet that was used when I moved in over 3 years ago. The management company and property owners are... very irresponsible. Parking lot is full of potholes that it's like a maze to go around them. There's always a gang of trash piled up by the dumpsters. I could go on for days about these raggedy apartments. Please don't waste your time or your money trying to live here.

The worst place to EVER move!!!! I was there for 6 months and their was 6 different managers. It was soooo much wrong with my apartment that NEVER gotten fixed. The inspectors were coming out and the property manager gave us 48 hours to move out of our apartment to another unit to hide the fact that we were in that same unit with Mold (leaking ceiling), infestation from the neighbor across the hall from me, a window that was broken for 5 months which caused my utility bill to be extremely high.... My bill use to range from $80 to almost $200-$300.
All the Vacan units are boarded up. It just looks tacky!!!!!!! It may be affordable but it’s not worth it!!!!!!!!

Management

I have been living here about 6 months, and I was hesitant about moving into these apartments at first, but now that i'm here i'm glad I made the decision to rent from here. The manager does everything and anything to get problems resolved here on this property. The manager that was here prior did not want to ANYTHING, the new manager however does everything she can. There "was" and still is many issues with these apartments but it's slowly getting fixed. I'm coming to realize it's not the... management/maintenance team here, it's the trashy residents who live here who make it the way it is. I'm hoping within the next couple month's things get cleaned up more.
Also, I've never had problems with roaches, as someone brought up, in their review, I do however see a bug man on property at least once a month, I've never had issues with bed bugs either. The manager has always been very pleasant to deal with. At the end of the day your apartment is what you make of it, if your apartment is nasty, then you need to clean it, don't blame the property, or the property manager for being a nasty individual.
I would definitely recommend people to rent from here, they are not to pricey and its overall a good property to live on.

Horrible management

Don't waste your money living here. They had to condemn one of the buildings due to mold and basically just covered it up and roach issues have never been resolved. And the on site manager is not pleasant to deal with. when trying to speak with someone above her she flat out refuses.
