Look elsewhere

Upon move in, bedroom window was literally out place as if someone tried ripping it out its tracks. The balcony door had a giant gap at the bottom letting ants and bugs in, and when it would rain/snow it would be in our apartment. Had to have the floors replaced because previous owner must’ve had a pet and the floors were scratched up, it’s not even real flooring it’s vinyl stickers they just stick on top of the old floor. Management changed every other month and had no communication with anyone... . Hallways smelled like urine and smoke (supposed to be a smoke free facility) all the time and there was VOMIT in the elevator for almost a week!!!!!!!, but we would get charged fees for leaving trash bins out after 9 am. There was broken glass and smashed beer bottles in the entryways almost every weekend. Amenities were ALWAYS shut down. The pool was open for maybe 3 weeks in the summer and when it was open it was so DISGUSTING AND MURKY that even the frogs and toads from the ponds were swimming in it. Do not move here and continue looking elsewhere for your own sanity.

Live elsewhere

Poorly managed.
They couldn't meet the terms of the original lease, so they attempted to sweep it under the rug and created a new lease.
Smoking on this non-smoking property, is consistent.
They pool remained closed 2 months after it should open because they failed to maintain it.
So many additional fees added for "benefits" whether these perks are of interest to the tenant or not. Additional fees will be added later without updating leases.
Pet excrement is all over the property.

Horrible Management

The apartment was purchased by a new corporation that nickels and dimes its tenants. There’s a reason there are so many open apartments here!

Run away while you still can!!

The only perk about this place is that the “esthetic” of our apartment, but it’s just not worth the nice paint scheme and granite counters. We are currently on the end of day 6 of having no A/C in our apartment. It has been minimum of 94 degrees and high humidity this week and there is no urgency for the situation. No one will provide us with any updates on when the situation will be fixed and maintenance apparently has nothing to do with the leasing office so they do not communicate with each... other to help their residents keep updated.Only after we had a meltdown in the nicely air conditioned leasing office did they provide options to help us out. But hey they are here in under 5 minutes if you lock yourself out so they can charge you $50 to simply let you in. They definitely got urgency on that “service”. We cannot get out of here soon enough.

Would not move here again

I moved here a little over a year ago. At first it may look like a nice place to live but you will quickly find out this place is not worth the money. Things are breaking or not working and management shows they do not care about the residents.
