We found a place to call home. The leasing agent, Amy, was wonderful. A fantastic customer service for my son and I as we look to call Arlo home for the next 4 years.

It was how the agent treated my 14 year old son that made all the difference. He said other complexes usually just ignore me as though I'm invisible. Here he said he felt like he mattered just as much as me.

The model unit (2BR 2BA) was perfect for our needs as a family.

0 stars This place is cheap for a reason. If you are looking for a home infested with mold and roaches, this is it. If I could take a year back of my life I would never have lived here.

RENTER BEWARE

Absolutely do NOT rent from Arlo/Lennox of Olathe. We lived here for 5 years and experienced ever rental nightmare you can imagine. Maintenance taking months to replace our broken oven, going weeks without a washer - only to learn they had a community washer on property they never gave us the key too, purchasing our own air conditioning unit when ours when out only to have maintenance come in unannounced and take it thinking it was theirs, absolutely useless and clueless staff in the front... office and endless COCKROACHES! I implore you, do not get stuck at this property.
