New resident warning!!!! If you’re considering living here, be aware that rent does not include parking. Residents pay $10/month to park, and every guest vehicle must be registered (vin number, license plate, make/model of their car) and costs $5 PER VEHICLE , PER DAY just to visit, that’s unreasonable. I have a lot of friends and family in the area and don’t want to put $50 aside a month just to have dinner or a game night. I couldn’t imagine dating!!

Less than a month after moving in, my… car was towed. I followed the vehicle registration instructions I was given and never received any notice that my registration wasn’t complete. When I went outside for work, my car was gone. I called the police thinking it had been stolen, and the responding officer handed me a warning notice from the leasing office stating my vehicle wasn’t registered and was at risk of being towed—even though it had already been towed. It cost me $209 to get my car back and I missed half a day of work.

When I spoke with the leasing office, I was told they were “past the warning stage” and that it was “just unfortunate timing” because I had recently moved in. They then gave me a different QR code to register my vehicle, with no effort to resolve the situation or acknowledge the confusion.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re searching for reasonable accommodations with more transparent policies and better treatment of new residents.

Maintenance is great Maintenance does a great job. We like living here. But our carpet still gets wet. when it rains We don’t say anything anymore because it won’t do any good. We don’t like to complain about it.
