Review of Apartment Complex Since the transfer of ownership of the Lennox, there has been noticeable improvements to the attention to detail in maintenance and response to requests. I am pleased to be a tenant.

I love it here at Arlo of Olathe. I have been here for three years and under new management you can definitely see improvements. Maintenance has taken care of any complaint quickly and accurately. Staff and management are great to work with - always courteous, friendly and attentive to any complaint or compliment. They keep the grounds well cared for and keep the stuff piled next to dumpsters clear. I love that the parking lot is patrolled for derelict and expired tags so that we have a clean... and clear parking lot. The location is great - close to freeways, shopping, downtown and all of the Olathe schools. The improvements new management has done (painting, paving and new stairs) has only enhanced the property. Again, love it here.

Door weather stripping Door work done well but they left a messy floor. Also they attempted to fix patio blinds it didn't work

New Washer Dryer We greatly greatly greatly appreciate the new washer and dryer that was installed. It had been a frustrating couple months since we moved in with the old ones breaking and getting temporarily fixed, just to break again. Coming home and getting to see these machines was amazing, and r they were installed in a very timely manner. Thank you so so much
