The grounds keeping crew, keeps the yards clean and well maintained.
The main street in front of the apartment is busy during rush hour traffic and nice and quite in the evening and during the night.

I've lived her for just over three years and love it. I like that is a small complex which allows me to feel I get personal attention when needed. Excellent price for a spacious two bedroom with fireplace, great location and relatively quiet. Management and maintenance is very responsive and in my three years, I've only had a few maintenance needs. They are always handled quickly. I have lived here about two years! Renewing my lease once already! I really like it here! Yes the apartments are a bit outdated and I do wish washer and dryer hook ups were available in at least some apartments. But I do think that the grounds are kept clean the neighbors are nice and friendly and the staff is very attentive to your needs!

Apartment is so OLD and poor so everything is not working properly. You will meet 5-6 cockroaches EVERYDAY and your pantry will be raided by mice at night. Water leakage by windows and doors when it rains. Property managers have been changed every 6 months. Apt. office never answer your call/email and it's so hard to get on hold of them for assist. Office always squeezes so hard your money out of your pocket.
