Watch out when you move out!
This place nickel and dimes you for such expensive rent. They added a monthly trash charge randomly, they charge as much for water and sewer as I paid for my house $40-$60 a month (even though I was there at most 1 day a week), I paid a refundable and non refundable pet deposit and pet rent and they still charged me for carpet cleaning for pet stains and dander. It was said to be found under blacklight and would not provide proof from the 3rd party company. OH. Did I mention my ONE dog lived... there 4 months and was there once a week. When I asked an office staff member if I should bring a black light to inspect the carpet next time, she said yes!!! Are you serious?!? They also said when I moved in we got a membership to the community center because in my opinion they have no real usable amenities (no pool, no clubhouse, no work out room). Nope, it was a summer pool pass to the OP city pool. I’m attaching pics of how I left my apartment so you know that you can be very careful how you leave the apartment and they’ll still try to hose you. Mind you, I’ve lived in 3 Price Brothers properties. This was definitely my last. So just be aware, bring a black light!!!

Expensive for what you get
Yes these are nice apartments. But you’re paying a high price when there is no pool, no community area, no gym, there’s a small tennis court that never has a net so it’s just wasted space. Parking is a problem. They have pet waste containers which are usually full so people don’t pick up after their pet. The trash compactor fills so trash fills the walkway. The only thing they care about is your rent being on time. If you don’t pay by the 6th day you get a note saying they can evict you- they... should be happy we are paying during a pandemic. Nice area but happy to be moving else where.

Our new home.
My wife and I are seniors. We moved from a house in the country. The Residences at Bluhawk is a perfect fit for us. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment is well laid out with plenty of closet and storage space. The office staff are help full and friendly. They have a variety of activities and functions throughout the year. We had 2 minor issues since we've been here and maintenance has been out the same day to address them to our satisfaction. We have a great view and the price is in our budget.... Price Brothers hit a home run with The Residences at Bluhawk. We love it here.

Quality, Loaction, View...
We love our our new home @ the Residences at Bluhawk~ Great location with easy access to highway. Friendly, responsive community managers. Spacious units with open floor plan, very generous rooms, closets and storage spaces. Quality built with sound proof walls. Beautifully finished with lots of upgrades. Large windows in each room offer lots of natural light and an amazing view from the top floor!
