Poor communication from management, noisy and lots of pet hair found between carpet and base board.

Noisy

I do not recommend this complex. You can hear everything going on in the apartments surrounding you. If you like a good nights sleep, you will not find that at Central Bay.

Love it here!

Nice and quiet. Great management that takes care of the complex. Park right in front of your door. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, instead of looking out at another apartment!
