Cheap
Sure the rent is affordable, but should you get a leak in your bathroom ceiling, expect it to take over a month to be fixed because regular maintenance cannot undertake dry wall work so a contractor is necessary. Mind you the leak came from other contractors who didn't properly install new toilets in the first place. Same with the new botched Windows and patio doors. This place is only so cheap because they barely invest money and any fixes only results in more nightmares. Renter beware. Mind... you they'll also make promises of repairs that aren't followed through. So when you get a notice that someone may come, don't jump to alter your schedule or prep the area, you'll end up losing workhours, sleep and just have to put everything back where it was without the fixes made. Utterly inconsiderate people.

The place to live
This complex is a hidden treasure! Very close to everywhere that you would want to go. I like the fact that it is secluded from everything (the road to this complex is a dead end street which is great because there is no thru traffic at all). Reasonable rent. Very respectful employees and management. A very good place to live. I have been very satisfied living at Crown Pointe.

I lived at Crown Point from 1988 to 1996. It was called Heather Hill back then. They rebuilt I-75 during my tenure. I was very Happy there. .Every one was so friendly.Does anyone still live there from those days?
