The Lodges are a great place to call home. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The amenities and appliances are top notch. The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient and in close proximity to grocery and shopping. The office staff and maintenance staff personnel truly care about the tenants and are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Living here at The Lodges has exceeded my expectations. I feel very... grateful and fortunate to live in this wonderful community.

Great Place to Live!

I’ve been living at The Lodges for just over a year and the entire time I have been extremely impressed with every aspect of this complex! The apartments themselves are extremely quiet and well insulated. The maintenance team is always very expedient, not that I’ve needed them much in the 12 months I’ve been here. I also find the parking situation to be exceptional, at least on the south side of the property. I’ve stayed in numerous other apartments over the years and these are definitely on... another level. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a great apartment in Louisville!

The staff is so helpful!

MJ and the other staff were so amazing when I was doing the move in process! They helped with every question I had and even helped me fill out my application because I have never applied for an apartment before! Not only is the staff amazing but the property is beautiful and the apartments are so nice and modern definitely getting a lot for your money! But I highly recommend living here just based on how amazing the staff has been!
