Great Place to live

Living at The Kensington has been an incredible experience! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Boston, with easy access to everything you need—restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make everyday living comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and always responsive to any needs or concerns. The community here truly feels like home, and I’ve met so many great neighbors. Whether it’s... the sleek apartments or the fantastic building features, The Kensington has everything I could ask for in a place to live.

The Kensington is a great place to live. The staff are helpful and the maintenance team is outstanding! Great location with excellent amenities. I have lived here for over 5 years and plan to stay. The only downsides are the current building being built next door (noise and it will impact some afternoon sun on the pool deck) and the significant decline of community activities that provide an opportunity for residents to meet new people and interact as a community. I am hoping that will change,... as these events are a great way to meet fellow residents.

Kensington is centrally located and truly feels like home! If you have the chance to visit, definitely do and consider moving in! The Kensington is a community, and you won't find anywhere to live like it in the area!
