1.The buzzer doesn't work and hasn't worked since before i moved
2.Access to the back of the property should be granted if you are too cheap to provide all residents with fobs to enter as they please (we currently have to wait for someone to move out and return their keys in order to gain one).
3.Carpeting is just gross and old, plus is full of pet hair.
4.Handicap people only get one free spot out of the 6 visitor parking spaces when this property has over 100 units. if you need parking you... must pay for it inside the garage but you better hurry up and request a parking pass before 5pm.
5.The only person that's nice is Felipe at front desk and the maintenance crew, everyone else hates their job (idk why they picked this customer service job) including the property manager.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve tried reaching out to schedule a time to connect and would love the opportunity to speak further. We have a new management team and don’t believe we’ve had the chance to meet yet! Our team recently tested the... intercom, and it appears to be working, but please let us know if you’re still experiencing any issues. We also don’t see a record of a clubroom rental in the past year or so but would love to learn more about your experience. The gate at the back of the property is owned by a neighboring business that installed the fob system. However, please contact our office if you need a fob.
