After a whole year, we love it! Front office is great and very responsive. Location is great and we love the amenities. They keep things clean and the apartments are spacious and uodated

Great community around the area and a fitness center. Maintenance response quickly to service requests, typically within 24 hours. One down side is the pricy water charge, nearly doubles what the city would normally charge you.

We've been here for 5 days. The main con was that several things were broken in our apartment; however, I appreciated how quickly maintenance was able to fix them.

Great apartment to live very convenient to get to the orange line. Many restaurants in walking distance and a grocery practically across the street! I’ve lived here for two years and would stay if I wasn’t moving out of state.
