J Malden Center Apartamentos

It was great until people started accusing me of stealing packages and not talking to me about it also just assuming the worst of me. Now I have the headache of having to go to court and possibly be charged with a felony over assumptions and poor communication. This is something that would've been solved easily had the leasing office/Manager just come to speak to me. She would've known I received a package that day and had multiple pieces of proof to show that. But I guess discrimination really... is a thing unfortunately because if i had been a white man in a suit and tie I bet communication to me would have happened first instead of being quick to point fingers. Also not to mention some other tenant has all my Information now and knows what I look like and I have no idea who this other tenant is which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Wish my privacy had been respected. Lee mas

Audrey was amazing through the entire process! She was very patient and made our move in seamless. She goes out of the way to help you out and find the perfect apartment. Excellent communication!

I want to give five stars to the maintenance team in J Malden. I have an issue with the wall in my bedroom, and they did a great job tackling the issue timely.
