Stay away
One of my old friends used to rent here and long story short i ended up living w her for awhile. Toilet broken for months on end, sent in multiple requests to be serviced and they only responded twice. only for them to come out and NOT FIX IT. Broken garbage disposal for months, multiple requests for service never responded so it never got fixed. The hallways ALWAYS smell terrible, people not picking up after their pets off-leash dogs running at my service dog, Loud music from the park at 3 am.... The pool is super dirty and usually over crowded. As well as the complex being aware of the MULTIPLE break ins and windows smashed in cars including my friends car, they STILL havent fixed there security system or cameras. Packages being stolen. And forget about having parking for family/friends anytime after 2pm on any day during the week! The guest lot is constantly full from people going to the baseball games who dont even live there or visit, aswell as cars that havent moved in months, have flat tires, construction equipment, etc. And most people do not want to park on the busy street where people speed as that is the only other place for parking. They wanted to jack the rent up, and kicked my friend out because she was grandfathered into it and they wanted more money. The dumpster is constantly over flowing and smells, people just throw their trash on the ground when theres no space. Theres constantly homeless people hanging around in the baseball field and the park. As well as my friend constantly seeing earwigs everywhere in her apartment during the summer months. Ive seen people who used to live here have old fobs still being able to get in, as well as people jumping the fences from the street. Super lively area at night. In your best interest to stay away.

Think Twice
I owned a two bedroom unit on this condo for about 6 years. The greatest mistake I made about property. I was a fool for the decent lobby look, the basic amenities, location etc. At first I didn't understand why people always are buying and them selling. Here is what I learned from my experience.
If you wanna buy a unit at Stone Gables- Crazy high condo fees, new condo assessment all the time, the building is very problematic. The HOA is a joke too many rules and no one to enforce. So beside... your mortgage expect almost another 1k every month.
Living at stone at stone gables- If you don't mind loud music, terrible smell, dog poop everywhere, people who don't respect your parking space, homeless people who stay around the baseball field and the skate park peeing and pooping around, Malden PD showing once in a while, have you cars wheels being stolen, have your car window broke, have your packages being stolen and much, much more. This is the place for you.
Before you sign a lease, think twice, because you'll stuck over there for at least one year. If you wanna buy it, be ready for a lot headaches and to lose money.

Filthy condo
This condo is not a bad place if you don't care about cleanliness. Often have a mice infestation, the dumpster is always overflowing, something you can barely open the door on the trash chute.
Also no one follow the condo rules because is not enforced. Also is not safe, once on while the cars wake up without the wheels, packages are stolen and list keeps going.
If you don't mind for safety and cleanliness, go for it.

First Apartment!
This condominium building has everything you'll need for your first apartment (or second or third)! This building has a gym, a pool, and it's only a quick walk to delicious restaurants and the T into Boston!
