Beautiful floors, unresponsive management

53 Fellsway West is charging average rent for the area for a building that is not very up to date. Upon move-in there were a lot of appliances and fixtures that needed to be fixed or updated. So far, management has been unresponsive to requests for fixes. When I called to ask about recycling, they suggested I call the town myself to set it up.

I think this is a good starter apartment, but I am not sure it's worth the rental price that it's at.
