Consider this as a stepping stone.
The office definitely lies about the description of this place. There is no pool, no tennis court, no nothing, no playground. We have a basketball court only. Thankfully we do have plenty of grassy yard area for kids to play in. Each courtyard does not necessarily have benches to sit on though. Apartment hallways are gross, with doors broken, therefore spiders keep infesting the hallways. When it rains the hall gets soaked, snow comes in etc. They are not replacing doors or dishwashers or... air-conditioned. Building are so loud. You hear every footstep above you every conversation usually. Walls and ceiling is sooo thin! Its a fight to get anything fixed. It is peaceful and good for the kids for the most part. My kid loves it here. Being able to play in a nice yard with friends. But we take matters into our own hands and clean the hallway. They don't send some out to clean the buildings either. Laundry? One washer and dryer per Building usually.

Septic tank.
This place is disgusting inside and out...hallways are filthy the rugs need loads of TLC or just remove them. The dryers and washers which is one per building have cat dog hair in them. The office has rude staff. The apartments have old cabinets that need changing but od course that will never happen. Maintenance takes yrs to come and fix the simplest little things. The floor is so old you can hear everyone's footsteps your lucky if you get the highest floor in this dump. They say they have a... rec. Room yes they do which stinks and it's disgusting. If your used to living in a nasty trailer park this is the place for you. If not run as fast as u can from here and dont look back. If they call you hang up your better off else where. If you have kids they'll have to walk up and down a hill that is so draining I personally love my kids and think that after a long morning at school the last thing they need is to walk up a long hill especially in the heat of summer. I've been into several building because of people I know and it's the same or worst conditions. This place need new management and management that will make a difference not continue the same vicious cycle. I wish I had enough to get myself and my children away from here. My daughter suffers from dustmite and poor thing can even sit and play on these dirty rugs no matter how many times a day I pass vacuum it's still filthy. And I'm a very clean person I suffer from OCD and I have the compulsion of cleaning obsessively. I even cleaned the vent over my stove kept waking up to filth on the stove only to realize it came from the fan. And all the built up grease. I have a friend whom had to clean her bathroom because it was yellow and was told that was the color when she cleaned it it was off white that's a long stretch from yellow like mustard to off white. Like who ever lived there smoked thousand of cigarettes a day. This place is a dump and loads of people thing and call this a septic tank, for those who dont know what that is...is where body waste goes...in certain homes.
