The Property manager is always available to answer questions and very reassuring. The Maintenace manager and his crew are very professional, timely and the result of their work is impeccable. The area is in a great school system with proximity to a variety of stores.

PROS: Maintance (Mo) is super friendly and gets the job done.
Staff in office is pretty nice.
Glad there's a park/ playground for the kiddos.
CONS: Parking is horrible when people come to visit. Limit spots. Been time we'd have to park a building away form our Apt.
Trash is horrible!!!!! They need more than one dumpster for 10 building and over 300 apartments. I dont like having to pick up trash like condoms and beer cans so my kid can play in our yard!!!! Been on more then one occasion! New... management needs more dumpsters!!!

Pro’s :
Good environment for kids. Maintenance folks are good and courteous .
Con’s :
Top floor: Air Condition Fails to Cool apartment in Summer and Roof/windows leaks during winter.
You end up paying very high Electricity and Gas Bill.
Worst: Move Out:
When I discussed my move out plan with Jennifer Hajec , she told..I have to pay 60 days rent and $500 turn fee…and once someone occupy the Apartment , I will be refunded the amount I have paid for those month. I gave my notice on Dec... 14th 2015 and signed the move out form she gave me. She also mentioned that someone is moving in on 7th of Jan and hence I’ll l be receiving rest of the amount after deducting final settlement charges.
But once I moved out, Teigan [Property Manager ], said I wont be getting any refund as the form that I was given to sign was not for above mentioned process.
So in short…They explained different move out procedure and asked me to sign a different move out form… That’s cheating… I just believed them and signed the form…
So every one please be careful….

Comfortable, well-maintained apartment complex in convenient location with several amenities. Not an exceptional value, expect rent increases with every lease renewal.
