Clarendon Hill Towers Apartments

We went through the renting process during the pandemic, looked into that offer mostly virtually. We got to see our new place, four months ago, the view, the amenities, and were so impressed with everything about it. It was the first tour we had and they certainly made an impression (thanks Sven!). Everyone I have interacted with since moving in has been amazing and I cannot recommend the Clarendon Hill with anything but the highest regard. Great place, great amenities, great staff! Last week something needed to be repaired in my apartment and maintenance showed up the same day to fix it! Very attentive staff.

This is a nice place to live with attentive staff who cares about the residents. Grounds are kept clean and overall the proprety is very nice.

Very accessible property. Busstop right outside. Easy access to downtown and grocery store right across the street.

Great prices for apartments. It's based on your income so it changes, but it's always been fair.. Happy to have a place to live.. Too high price everywhere in Boston.
