Disappointed tenant!
Unfortunately, I am a current resident at this property and I have to say that it's literally the worst place to live. It would be one thing if I said it was because the units are horrible or something of that nature but it's the worst place to live because the current property manager and the staff in the clubhouse office are just rude and only helpful when it's convenient for them. Bell's website says something about "community living" but this place is certainly not that. I wish my son didn't... love his room as much as he does otherwise I'd move in a heartbeat.
