Nice apartment and management team.
I lived at this apartment complex for 3.5 years with a roommate in a 2bed 2bath unit on the 3rd floor. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I really had a good experience living at this apartment complex and thankful I found it.
The parking spaces are spacious, so you don't have to worry about your car getting dinged up. I never got a ding on my car while I was living here.
Chris is the property manager here and he is a great manager. Maintenance response time to issues is fast. Typically... within a day, if they are busy maybe 2 or 3 days , but that's rare.
Chris sends out emails before a major storm to help us prepare for it and remind us to move our cars to the street the next day, so that they can clear the snow from the parking lots. When it comes to snow removal, they are very fast and efficient.
The commuter rail is less than a 10minute walk so that is nice and convenient.
I really appreciated the apartment manager Chris and his demeanor. He tries his best to work with you regarding issues to help you feel comfortable being a tenant here.
Chris keep up the good work! Thanks for making my stay there great!
