The amenities listed above are simply not provided to tenants. Management cannot handle the responsibility of the pool which in 4 years has only been fully open once. It has not been open at all this year, and once had limited hours. another year it didnt open at all.
the controlled access is a gate that is usually broken allowing entry to anyone. Substandard snow removal , dumpsters are always over flowing which is gross. The washers and dryers are very old, over priced and frequently broken.... The playground consists of some broken swings. The bike racks are clogged up with old rusty bikes from tenants who no longer live here. There has absolutely never been a single planned activity and in fact we cannot even trick or treat here among our own neighbors. Every building stinks of pot 24/7.The managers are rude and at times abusive to good hard working tenants. Read More
