I have really enjoyed living here thus far. the location doesn't get much better with having a Harris Teeter in the vicinity. The staff has been spectacular as well.

The response to the clearing the snow to be able to go out was fast and wonderful.
The sidewalks around the building were cleared of snow in a fast manner

Living in Porter Street is fantastic. The management and maintenance offices offer a seamless, easy resident experience. The amenities are top of class. The building and grounds are immaculate. People who live here are happy and friendly. Great place for dog owners, too!
