Spinnaker Bay at Harbor East Apartments

Other than the mandatory garbage fee (which has recently increased), this is a great modern apartment in Baltimore. Nice countertop and layout, though windows do leak heat. Gym is smaller but serviceable. I like the community events they host around holidays, helps meet new people.
Most valuable was the concierge service and package room. No worries about package thieves, and the front desk is generally really helpful. One David was incredibly helpful when I was running late for a flight and... went above and beyond to help me. It shows a level of care.

Spinnaker Bay concierge David did a fabulous job in setting up our sip and paint event. It was a lot of fun. Met some new neighbors as well as got to catch up with others I know in the building. Really enjoy the events that are held in the Club room.

It’s good but the fact that valet trash is not optional is ridiculous, the gym could be a bit bigger given how many residents there are. The community is nice and I like the monthly events

I recently moved to spinnaker bay. The apartment is amazing, the staff is great as well.
The only complain i have is about the delivery room, I think it can be managed better!!

I recently moved into the Spinnaker Bay. I know it is the right one for me from the first time I talked to the leasing office. Their response is fast, kind and totally clear. They picked up my phone instantly and got back to me in email as promised. Their instructions are clear and they are efficient. At the moving day, I already have all the things done prior and it was a very smooth experience.
