not great experience
I highly do not recommend Carlyle Apartments. I was initially impressed by the amenities and the friendly demeanor of the leasing office staff, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. The staff is not helpful, and they don't address issues when they arise.
The elevator is almost always out of service, with at least one of them being down every week. It's frustrating, especially since the building is several stories high. Additionally, the printer in the leasing office is... almost always out of paper, and when you ask for it to be refilled, it seems like such an inconvenience for them.
We have a beautiful sunroom with a perfect view, which is usually the most peaceful spot in the apartment, but it's hard to enjoy it when you can never make it to the top floor due to elevator problems.
On top of that, we've experienced consistent maintenance issues, like flooding and plumbing problems, leaving us with days of repairs in our apartment. Water has been shut off multiple times, and it's just becoming unbearable.
I can’t take it any longer. I'm honestly ready to leave.
