The building looks pretty, but my apartment has had constant issues from the time I moved in May 2024. It took Juniper MONTHS to resolve issues and they haven’t reimbursed me for the out-of-pocket expenses and furniture damage. The area is safe, the neighbors are friendly, but I just wish my apartment matched the rest of the community as far as quality. The maintenance team can be somewhat unprofessional coming into my apartment with their boxers showing. The leasing office team are not good at... communicating and following-up with residents who are having issues. Pretty disappointed in this place for the price I pay a month.
