I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend living here at The Park at Walnut Ridge

Who knew you can rent townhome via the same process of renting an apartment

So far so good. I love the experience of owning a home without all the overhead such as lawn care, repairs, etc. Plus it is an opportunity to prepare for my own by being responsible for utilities and an eye for property care.

We are in a community, near the mountains, have to convenience of a grocery store, drug store, gas station, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Jamaican Food, Vietnamese Food, Chinese Food, Mexican Food, Italian Food, Pizza along with a Hair Salon, Barber Shop, Loc Shop, etc.,... within walking distance.

Easy access to 15 South and North and I am 10 minutes away from work.
