I've been living at Brighton village for a couple of years now and my family and I enjoy the amenities. It is also really helpful that everyone is really helpful especially John C. He goes above and beyond to answer my questions and assist me in any matters. It feels comforting to know that there are people like him that work here who actually care about the residents.

Clean and safe. John helped us in the application and lease process. Strongly advised. prompt maintenance services and plenty of parking. Restaurants and an Indian grocery shop, Planet Fitness, Lotte are within walking distance.

Great community to live with family. Safe and clean. Seamless leasing and moving experience facilitated by John. Highly recommended. Timely maintainence services along with ample parking space. Indian grocery store and restaurants at walkable distance.

Increase rent every year 6% to 20%. Amenities not as expected. Facing lot of problems in the community. Maintenance not good. When we raise a emergency ticket they come after 4 days.

Continually pleased by the amenities of my garden-style apartment. The building holds 12 units on 3 floors, the open garden entrance is enclosed with a secure key-entry system. The kitchen has ample storage space, a gas stove, well-sized refrigerator/freezer, and bright sun. Large closets throughout, and each apartment has a big individual storage bin in our stairwell. The balcony is spacious and covered, with a lovely view. Bedrooms and bathroom are accessible through a long pleasant hall. The... windows have been replaced, and the new panes are energy conserving, keeping heating and cooling costs low. Plus the lovely cross ventilation the floor plan affords. A laundry room with pay-per-use washers / dryers is also located in our stairwell. The complex staff are skilled and attentive, and maintenance is done quickly and well. Plenty of parking, with nice grounds next to a small park. Easy access to shopping, recreation, schools, libraries, roads, and mass transit.
