I have been living in the apartment for one and half a year. I am happy to give Ivan a 5 star rating for his excellent work. Ivan did an excellent job . He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue, and explained the solution clearly. His professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude stood out, and he ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.

I have been living in Brighton Village Apartments for a long time. I would especially like to thank one specialist of the technical team, Mr. Mario, for his exceptional work. Mario is a highly skilled professional in every aspect of his field. He is excellent at troubleshooting and solving any complex problem and does his service fast. As a person, he is very courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend asking Mr. Mario to solve any issue that may occur with your apartment.... Its a great community to live in with your loved ones. I moved recently to Brighton and Heynel Axelevi helped in every aspect to make my move-in hassle free

2 Star is only given for the Home schools which are associated with this apartment. The local schools are good.
The community is close to essential stores such as Costco and Aldi, making grocery shopping convenient and accessible.
Unfortunately there are so many factors where this apartment community falls short like management and staff.
The management team has consistently failed to address resident concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Very Unfriendly and unhelpful leasing office....
The high rent prices are not justified by the amenities provided. The leasing policies specially sub-leasing policies are strict and unfair, leaving residents feeling trapped and frustrated.
Security is a significant concern. There have been several reports of break-ins and thefts, and despite repeated complaints management has not taken adequate measures to improve safety.
The cost of using laundry machines has steadily increased, adding to the frustration. The machines are poorly maintained.
