Poor Management

This place will not give you your security deposit back. They will ignore you by not answering your emails and phone calls.

I've been here for over 10yrs... as with any apartment living there are pluses and minuses. The plus is the location and some of the neighbors... The minus is the grounds... The grass and trees used to be beautiful and complimented by a beautiful water fountain. The fountain at one point was a fixture in many pictures for the residents. When it came to proms, or special occasions, we took pictures in front of the fountain. Cleanliness of the property has gone done tremendously. The halls... and elevators along with stairwells are often dirty....and don't start me on the trash rooms.

I’ve been living in my apartment for three weeks now, and while I really enjoy the space and amenities, I’ve encountered some challenges with communication and follow-up. The approval process was very slow. I was promised the January/February promotion before moving in, but when I inquired about it during move-in, I was told they’d get back to me — and I still haven’t received any updates. Additionally, I’ve yet to hear anything about the apartment issues I submitted after moving in. On a... positive note, I did have an issue with my car being towed due to not having a parking pass, but the complex addressed that immediately, which was great. Overall, I love the apartment, but I would appreciate better communication and follow-through on these matters.
