Very nice building with pleasant and helpful staff. The building is well maintained and pleasant. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and shops.

I was sent a welcoming email informing me I could reserve the freight elevator once I moved in and when upon requesting for such I was then told on you can’t reserve on weekends. Knowing I was moving in on a weekend. Then on moving day, I wasn’t explained on where to go and what the process was. The loading dock gates were closed and no one explained the hours. Poor communication.

I apologize that you did not receive an explanation on where to go, what the process is and that you were not informed that the freight... elevators are non-reservable during the weekend. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Absolutely do not recommend.
Low quality staff.

The Pallas is a great building with great amenities, great location, and a great staff. I would have to recommend that they think about adding a sauna to the building as another amenity.

Great location with lots of Great restaurants and stores. Great that Rockville Pikeband metro right here. Great building with amenities. Lots of things to do close by and nice ambience and lights and decorations during the holidays.
