The Pallas is a great building with great amenities, great location, and a great staff. I would have to recommend that they think about adding a sauna to the building as another amenity.

Great location with lots of Great restaurants and stores. Great that Rockville Pikeband metro right here. Great building with amenities. Lots of things to do close by and nice ambience and lights and decorations during the holidays.

The residents and staff are very friendly. The dogs too!
So far everything has been seamless. I got my bike into the cage, picked up packages at the locker and walked to happy hour!
