The leasing made everything easy to understand. And worked fast and tirelessly.
I love my new location. The elevators right next to my apt. I love my patio that goes to the pool and lobby. Neighbors, concierge super friendly. Clean apt

Great clean and quiet community
Only issues i will say is the odor at the garage very unpleasant.
There is a leak as well coming in to the garage hasn’t been fixed for months

Wonderful neighborhood with great shops and places to eat. I had an issue with emergency maintenance the other month, but when I brought it up to management they promptly addressed it.

Terrific community to reside as the staff at PerSei is the best- - friendly, courteous, helpful and always very professional in providing five star service continually! We are excited to renew our lease and look forward to many more years. We have made friends with residents who have been here since the PerSei open its doors 10 yrs ago which exemplifies the fantastic service of the Greystar staff menbers. Thank you for making this our “happy place”!
