Regarding the crack... in the wall, we recommend submitting a maintenance ticket so our team can take a closer look. New construction sometimes experiences settling, but we want to make sure there aren't any underlying issues. For the chips you mentioned, please let us know what specifically is chipping, and we'll address it as quickly as possible. To my knowledge, you’re the first to bring this up, and we'd like to be proactive in resolving it.

As for the thin walls, we want to help ensure you have the best living experience. If you’d like, we’re happy to reach out to your neighbors, though we’ll need written permission from you or for you to contact the concierge directly. Our concierge team is available 24/7, so even if it's after hours, we can assist right away.
