Recent change in management results in change in quality
Recently, the property was sold to another company. Since then:
- Maintenance has declined in response time, professionalism, and quality. Maintenance has moved from prevention of problems to waiting until a situation becomes untenable before responding. Certian repairs (especially stairwells and fire alarm systems) have taken unacceptably long to address.
- Trash removal has become an issue, with piles of rubbish strewn throughout the property. Local company no longer routinely removes trash... and rubbish.
- Firelanes routinely blocked by parked cars.
- Significant increase in pests due to property cleanliness issues, outside control of tenants.
- Nearly 8 months have gone by with a lock on a maintenance access hatch being visibly and clearly broken into, and no repairs.
We did not have this level of issues before the property became managed by Acento.
